How your company can partner with the IRC

At the International Rescue Committee we pride ourselves on creating innovative and tailored corporate partnerships.  We understand that our corporate partners seek a variety of different outcomes and work closely with you to develop the best partnership for your business.

Corporate donations

Many companies, or their charitable foundations, choose to make a straight forward donation. We work closely with our partners and offer updates and reports so you know exactly how your funds are helping to save and rebuild lives and recognise your support in various platforms.

Employee fundraising

Whether it is bike rides, book sales, hikes or head shaves, staff fundraising is fun, simple and sociable. We have a wealth of experience creating high impact, local and global partnerships that support staff and build personal and professional skills. Our corporate fundraising experts will work with you to plan fun and engaging employee programmes to suit any business. We ensure your staff are at the frontline of our work with regular case studies, updates and reports, and have a variety of volunteering opportunities for staff to engage in.

Payroll Giving is a simple, tax-efficient scheme which allows employees to donate to any UK registered charity of their choice directly from their salary, or occupational pension, before tax. Making a donation through Payroll Giving costs less because it's tax free so a monthly gift of £10 could cost as little as £6 (based on a higher-rate tax payer). While it costs the donor less, The IRC receives your gift with the tax included, courtesy of the tax man. Staff can register here or through your chosen workplace giving provider.

Customer Engagement and Commercial Partnerships

As one of the world’s leading and most trusted humanitarian organisations, a cause related marketing campaign with the International Rescue Committee can help deliver commercial benefits to your organisation as well as raise vital funds to help save and rebuild the lives and livelihoods of those affected by conflict and disaster. We can work with you to create opportunities to engage customers in a campaign, create data capture opportunities, round-up mechanisms and communicate your principles as a good corporate citizen.

Become a Corporate Rescue Partner

When a crisis erupts, IRC's Emergency Response Teams are among the first to arrive on the scene to provide food, water, shelter, sanitation, and medical care. In the long-term, we help vulnerable people reclaim their future through education, training, and community development. Becoming an IRC Corporate Partner is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your company's values and commitment to humanitarian relief while helping rebuild the lives of refugees and displaced people worldwide. As our partner, you will receive exclusive insights into our frontline response and have tailored systems for staff to raise funds from the moment a disaster occurs.
