The UK Executive Director and the Board are keen to understand how our employees perceive IRC UK as an organisation; and how we can all work together to address any potential cultural challenges.

We are looking for a partner to deliver this project through an employee survey, listening sessions, a report on key findings, and a set of recommendations which the Board and ED can use to inform its activities, people strategy and the implementation of the UK strategic plan.

Our contracted partner will report jointly to the Executive Director and the Chair of the People and Culture Committee and will update them on a fortnightly basis on progress throughout the project. 

We are envisaging the project to be finalised before March 2022 but these timelines may change.
