In Pictures: Game of Thrones actors join IRC for refugee exhibition

Photo: Tara Todras-Whitehill

As winter begins to bite in refugee camps across the world, the ability to dream can be a force for resilience, hope and unity.

The dreams of refugees on the island of Lesbos in Greece formed the centrepiece of a moving exhibition hosted by the Union Club in Soho, London.

The photos in the exhibition were taken by Tara Todras-Whitehill.

The IRC and Tara were joined by Game of Thrones actors Lena Headey and Indira Varma, who had visited IRC programmes in Greece and Serbia.

For every £150 raised from the sale of the photos, a refugee family can be supplied blankets, food and other vital supplies to cope with the onset of winter across Europe.
