IRC Community Mentors: Learn from someone who has been down the path already

Last updated

International Rescue Committee matches refugees who have settled in to life in the UK with newcomers who want to learn more.

Our Community Mentors receive training to share their neighbourhood navigation skills, coach others professionally, and understand all about safeguarding, boundaries and wellbeing.

Newcomers work in pairs, with their Mentor, to set goals and take action confidently in their new lives with practical advice and support.
