Inspired by innovation: In August, Rebecca Porter took on the Thames Path ultra-marathon to raise funds for the IRC’s Airbel Center, our innovation hub. Rebecca was spurred into action when she saw IRC innovation chief Ravi Gurumurthy’s Ted Talk in London, which she described as “truly inspirational.” Months of training and fundraising, one mega bucket shaking session and 33 miles in the hot sun later and Rebecca had raised over £3,500!
