Paind Khan has big plans for his biryani - it's going to be the first dish he'll cook for his wife when they're reunited. When that will be - he's not sure. He's not seen his family in 7 months, they're living in Germany and he's in Greece - he cannot join her unless his family reunification case has been accepted. He lives in Eleonas in Greece alongside 1,500 other refugees and peolpe who have fled violence. With support from ECHO EU Humanitarian Aid, the International Rescue Committee in Greece has equipped refugees at Eleonas Accomodation Site in Athens so they are able to cook their own food and stay independent.
