The International Rescue Committee responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, earning top marks from charity watchdog groups for our efficient and effective use of donations.

In 2015 International Rescue Committee UK had an income of £124.2 million and an expenditure of £121.1 million. Our Annual report, which can be downloaded here, presents the full range of our recent activities and achievements.

Thanks to the generosity of IRC supporters, more than 23 million people benefited from IRC programmes and those of our partner organisations in 2015.

Efficiency and results

Of every £1 the IRC spends, more than 90p goes to programmes and services that directly benefit refugees and communities affected by conflict or disaster. 

As a registered charity we report our finances annually to the Charity Commission and all our annual reports can be found on their website as well as below.
